Returns & Exchange

woolmaster.com will accept returns made within the guidelines of our return policy.

All returns must be clean, unworn and with original tags and unbroken seals.

Item(s) should be returned within 10 days of the date of receipt. Refund will be made within 21 days after arrival.

Please repack the return item(s) with original packing material and enclose your completed return form.

Please use the pre-paid shipping label. The return shipping and handling charges is $8.50 and will be deducted from your order refund.

The original shipping and handling charges is not refundable.
If you wish to exchange, simply follow the return instruction and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s) through our website
